Does my file leave the browser?

No. Files are read and written in your browser, in a Web Worker. The only network requests are OpenStreetMap map tiles.

Which formats are supported?

FIT, TCX and GPX in; FIT, TCX, GPX and CSV out.

Is there a file size limit?

No fixed limit. Activities with 200,000 points (about 55 hours at one point per second) load in a few seconds.

Will Strava and Garmin Connect accept the result?

FIT output is written with the complete set of messages both services expect and is verified with Garmin’s decoder before download.
